Address
Lists Across Schemes.
The next screen gives options of:
1.
Property Addresses: A list of
all the property addresses for those properties that have not been sold and the
scheme status is 'Live', 'Property' or 'Pensioners'. The contact address of the
pension scheme is also provided.
2.
Adviser Addresses: Select
addresses of one group, e.g. all accountant addresses or all solicitor
addresses, etc.
3.
Contact
Addresses: A list of addresses for all trustees that receive correspondence
and all addresses for scheme contacts who are not trustees. Features include:
o The
‘Business’ address is shown if the ‘Scheme
Correspondence’ field is set to ‘Business’.
o Otherwise
the Home Address is shown.
o There is
an option to Include ‘Scheme
Correspondence’ = None which only affects pension fund contacts, and
not trustees. This option will be ticked by default so that all pension fund
contacts are included but if you untick that box, the report will ignore all
pension fund contacts that don’t have the Scheme Correspondence field set
to Home or Business.
4.
All Trustees: Addresses for all trustees even if they are not
scheme contacts.
Archived
address records are not shown.
List All
Contacts and Advisers by Group
For each
type of firm or adviser in the address book (Banks, solicitors etc), a separate
worksheet is produced listing the addresses for all firms of that type (the
list is not related to any schemes). Archived address records are not shown.
Schemes With No Contact Address
A list of
all schemes where the contact address has not been stored, also showing the
date the scheme started
