Bank Balances
|
There
are 2 options:
1.
Export the latest balances for all bank accounts (includes the
date of the last entry)
2.
Select a subset of the bank accounts:
1.
Select all bank accounts held with a certain bank. Eg: Entering
'Cou' will select all accounts held with Coutts.
2.
Select all bank accounts which contain a certain word in the
account name. Eg: Entering 'Reserve' will export all accounts with the word
'Reserve' in the account name.
3.
A combination of a) and b) above. Eg: all bank accounts with
NatWest that have the word 'Current' in the account name
The
subset selection is not case sensitive.
The total number of accounts selected is also calculated along with the total
value of the accounts.
The default setting is for only active / open accounts to be included in the listing.
To include all closed accounts tick the box at the bottom of the window.
The report only selects schemes whose status is 'No conts', 'Live',
'Pensioners' or 'Sub scheme'. Any schemes that are not one of these (say,
'Wound up') would not be included in the report, even if the 'include closed
accounts' option is selected.
The
‘signing powers for each account’ are included.
