Periods Invoiced

This report lists all schemes and the date to which their annual fee has been billed ('Billed to Date').

Invoices Due In Month

This report will list all schemes with an invoice due before the end of the month selected. If a scheme has had a ‘BCE’, ‘Transfer In’ or ‘Property Purchase’ with a date after the last invoice date then the scheme will appear on the report.

Invoices Not Issued

A list of all schemes where an invoice should have been issued by now. SIPPs with status of Live, Pensioners or Syndicate are included. SSASs with status of Live, No conts or Pensioners are included.

The list assumes that invoices are issued yearly. It goes through all schemes and finds the latest invoice sent for that scheme.

The effective date of the latest invoice (not necessarily the date issued) is found and if that date is more than a year before the ‘'ignore’' date below, the scheme is added to the list.

If there have been no invoices for a scheme, the scheme is added to the list.

The ‘ignore date' can be set to a past date (e.g. a month ago) to avoid including invoices that are in progress.

Some schemes are on the list because there is no Effective Date in the latest invoice. Any schemes with ‘Billing Code = No fee’ on the Scheme screen are ignored.

Yearly Admin Fee

The invoicing system uses the Fee Menu stored in Other, Invoicing, Rates. However, if the invoicing system is not used, the Yearly Admin Fee field on the Scheme screen may be used to store the individual fees for each scheme. The report simply shows the scheme name, Yearly Admin Fee, scheme status and Billing Code.

Fee Invoice Accrual

For annual fees that are charged in advance, the unearned periods and the proportion of the fees that have not yet been earned are shown.

Invoices for a Period

A list of all invoices that have been issued with an Effective Date in the period selected. The breakdown of each invoice is shown. The bank account number for the Main Account is shown, or a comment about the number of Main Accounts.
