– Pathways

From 1st February 2021, when a member proposes entering
drawdown, the FCA rules on Pathways have to be followed. The detailed rules on
Investment Pathways will be covered in your administration procedures.
Omni allows you to record the data on the Pathways process. On the
Members, Vestings Events screen you enter a proposed
drawdown BCE. Towards the bottom of that screen, there is a ‘Pathways
Data’ button which shows a window where you can enter the information on
Pathways.
Once the BCE is marked as Proceeded, this information can’t
be amended. Information relating to all previous BCEs can still be viewed.
On the Members, Member Details screen there is a tab for Pathways which
just shows the information for the latest BCE.
