Divorce – Pension Credits and Debits

A Pension Credit created after April 2006 is just treated as any other transfer into the scheme for a member.

On the Transfer In details screen (from selecting ‘Members, Transfers In’ and the ‘Amend’ button), there is a ‘Pension Credit?’ box to tick.

A similar principle applies for Transfers Out.

Transfers that are Pension Credits or Debits are included in the same way as normal transfers in the fund split.
